Affordable

Care is provided no matter what a person’s financial situation is.

If you do not have insurance, that’s OK! We believe quality health care should be affordable to all. You will never be denied services because of your inability to pay. We offer financial assistance, including a sliding fee scale and payment plans.

If you have insurance, we accept all major health insurance coverage, including Medicaid, Medicare, Hawk-I, and Iowa Wellness.

Less Barriers

Communicating with your health care team is made easy with help from our on-site interpreters (Bosnian, Burmese, French Congolese, Spanish) and access to more languages by phone.

An online Patient Portal is available for patients to request test results, manage appointments, refill medication, and more.

If transportation is a problem, we have several programs in place that can help you.

Convenient Appointments

In most cases, you can get a same day appointment with us. If daytime appointments don't work for you, we can fit you into our evening schedule on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

If you have a health care need outside of our regular clinic hours (including weekends) or we can't get you on the clinic schedule, our Urgent Care is a great option.

In Waterloo, we offer medical, dental, and urgent care services in addition to pharmacy, lab, and x-ray - all under one roof. We recognize the need for mental health and substance use disorder support, so we also provide a diverse Behavioral Health team.

In Clarksville, we offer medical and dental services for families in rural communities. This means those who live many miles from large health care facilities can get high quality care in a small town setting without having to travel far.
